LAPAROSCOPY IN THE TREATMENT OF COLONIC DIVERTICULAR BLEEDING

Summary. Objective. To analyze the experience of treatment patients with diverticular disease colon, complicated by bleeding.
 Materials and methods. Analyzed 221 patients, hospitalized in Military Medical Clinical Center Southern region Odessa, who underwent 263 surgeries for colon its complications. Intestinal bleeding as a cause hospitalization was noted 17 (7.6 %) patients.
 Results discussion. In 9 stopped conservative 8 surgical treatment. The following interventions were performed: laparoscopic left hemicolectomy (4), resection sigmoid (1), (3), righthemicolectomy (1). At average duration operation made (205 ± 12,5) min. postoperative period (9.75 1.2) days. With left-sided traditional hemicolec-tomy — (215 16.3) min, (14.5 2.1) days.
